社外メンターによる1on1支援「メンターズ」を提供する株式会社フルート（代表取締役 菊池 裕太、以下「メンターズ」）は、2024年10月2日（水）〜4日（金）に幕張メッセで開催されるバックオフィス向け展示会「第15回 HR EXPO（人事労務・教育・採用）［秋］」に出展します。

 

「メンターズ」は、社外メンターの活用により、管理職を起点に社内の1on1の質を短期間に向上させる実績を持つサービスです。管理職のコミュニケーションスキルの向上だけでなく、社内の共通する課題も明確になるため、早急な対処や施策立案ができ、組織全体のエンゲージメント向上が実現します。  
展示会では、質の高い1on1の導入・運用に関する不安やお悩みのご相談から、具体的な「メンターズ」導入検討といったご相談まで承ります。ぜひお気軽にブースにお立ち寄りください。
